Refund Policy

EasyNIH aims to be flexible with donation refunds. If you donated by mistake, were charged more than you expected, sent a duplicate donation, or simply want to ask for a refund, email contact@easynih.org.

We generally try to honor reasonable refund requests. Requests made soon after the donation are the easiest to process, but we may still review later requests in good faith.

Send your request to contact@easynih.org. To help us find the donation faster, include any details you have, such as the donor name, donor email, date of donation, amount, and a short note about the issue.

You do not need special wording. A simple message asking for a refund is enough for us to review the request.

Donation disputes or chargebacks are not an accepted way to request a refund from EasyNIH. If you want a refund, you should email contact@easynih.org first and allow us to review the request directly.

Disputes can create additional fees and can harm the business's standing with its payment processor. Because of that, EasyNIH expects to challenge donation disputes when a direct refund request was available or when the dispute is inaccurate, including by submitting transaction records and related communications.

If a refund is approved, EasyNIH will try to process it promptly. The time it takes for money to appear back on your original payment method can depend on your bank or card issuer.

EasyNIH may ask a short follow-up question if the donation cannot be matched clearly from the information provided.
